Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Madhda Business Solutions and its products/services. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive inbound traffic and leads.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that enhances audience engagement and expands our reach.
SEO and SEM:
- Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Optimize email marketing workflows and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver a strong ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp) and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
