Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media, events).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored ERP solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and integration of ERP solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Madhda Business Solutions and expand the professional network.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or ERP industry.
  3. Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
