Role Overview:
We are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer to help us bring our brand stories to life through impactful visuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
The Content Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visual content that supports our brand’s communication strategy across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to design engaging graphics, logos, brochures, presentations, case studies, and website visuals that reflect Madhda’s brand identity and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling logos, infographics, and brand assets aligned with company guidelines.
- Create corporate presentations, brochures, and case studies that effectively communicate our solutions and success stories.
- Design graphics and banners for the website, blogs, and social media to enhance digital presence.
- Work with marketing and content teams to translate written content into visually engaging formats.
- Ensure design consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and elevate the visual identity of Madhda and its products (e.g., DynaConnect, TaskCentral, HRMS Add-on).
- Stay updated with design trends, particularly in tech and B2B marketing, to bring fresh ideas into the brand.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT, SaaS, or consulting company.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of brand design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand complex business concepts and translate them into simple, engaging visuals.
Nice to have
- Experience with presentation design tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with WordPress or website content management for visual updates.
- Understanding B2B marketing and ERP industry visuals.
