2) Easy Payroll Processes

You can generate earnings for workers in multiple ways. You can automatically generate earnings for salaried positions, for positions that use a schedule, and for recurring earnings, premium earnings, etc.

Our HRMS helps you to create a comprehensive Payroll System that covers Benefits and deductions rules and assignments at employee type (Local or Expat), along with Bonus distribution mechanism based on grades and score of reviews. System also provides End of service calculations for locals and expats, along with Insurance for employee and family based on their grade.

4) Employee Self Service Portal

The Employee Self Service portal is a functional and easy to use solution for updating and improving intra-organizational communication. ESS makes HR activities more efficient by accessing actions and information direct to the employee, without needing initiated actions on the part of human resources managers.

Through HRMS you can access to different request for the employee which can bridge the gap between HR and employee.

We have more than 7 tiles where in the Employee can raise request through the employee portal and that will be managed by a Workflow, where in we can set the approver of the respective manager to approve the requests.

5) DIFC Solutions for the GCC Regions

DEWS is a progressive workplace savings plan (DIFC Employee Workplace Savings Plan), introduced to restructure end-of-service benefits from a defined benefit arrangement to a funded and professionally managed defined contribution plan. The participation of foreign employees in the plan is mandated by law and each month you will be required to make a defined contribution to DEWS for each eligible employee, towards their end-of-service benefits. The contribution amount will be expressed as a percentage of basic salary and will depend on the law/regulation that your entity is subject to, as well as an employee’s basic salary component and length of service.

  • Employees with less than 5 years of service are entitled to a monthly contribution of 5.83.
  • Employees with 5 or more years of service are eligible for a monthly contribution of 8.83
  • DEWS is calculated based on the Basic Salary.
  • The DEWS Report is generated monthly as a standard, with values displayed in USD using an exchange rate of 3.6735.
